Rever is a unified, intelligent workspace designed to enable seamless collaboration, centralized data access, and real-time decision-making. It extends Rever’s capabilities by integrating user management, team collaboration, and AI-powered insights through MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Rever Agent.

With its chat-first experience, users can directly interact with connected data sources, eliminating the need to switch between multiple systems and significantly improving efficiency.

Who Should Use This Manual​

This manual is intended for all users operating within Rever, including administrators, operational users-Members , and also cross-functional teams.

  • Member (Operational Users): Members are responsible for executing day-to-day activities and leveraging system data for operational tasks.

    • Access and interact with assigned data and modules.
    • Use chat to retrieve insights from Rever Agent.
    • Collaborate within teams for task execution and decision-making.
    • Analyze data from connected systems.

  • Admin (System Administrators): Admins oversee system configuration, access control, and integrations within Rever.

    • Create and manage users, roles, and team structures.
    • Configure and maintain MCP integrations (e.g., Stripe, D365).
    • Define and control access permissions across users and teams.
    • Monitor system performance, usage, and audit logs.
    • Enable and manage Rever Agent features.
    • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance.

  • Teams (User Grouping & Access Structure): In Rever, teams are not separate collaboration entities but structured groupings of users (Admins and Members) to manage access and organization effectively.

    • Teams consist of both Admins and Members.
    • Used to group users based on function, department, or use case.
    • Control access to data, integrations, and features at a group level.
    • Enable streamlined management of permissions and visibility.
    • Support collaboration implicitly through shared access and chat capabilities
